- To achieve individual and collective spiritual development
- To promote the teachings of the Catholic Church
- To exemplify the Christian ideal in home and family life
- To protect the sanctity of human life
- To enhance the role of women in church and society
- To recognize the human dignity of all people everywhere
- To uphold and defend Christian education and values in the modern world
- To contribute to the understanding and growth of religious freedom, social justice, peace and harmony

CWL City people meet the first Tuesday of each month in our Parish Centre at 7PM. We endeavour to have active, informed and educational meetings through which we reach out to share our talents and gifts to parish and community life. There is gladness in service, joy in doing God's will for others, and a peace in being Christ's disciple to others. As sisters in Christ we console the families of our deceased members and parishoners by serving funeral luncheons, ministering to the ill, shut-ins and to those who are less fortunate. Our activeness in the ministries of the parish are numerous: sharing our musical talents in the choirs, ministry of the Eucharist, volunteering in our parish social life, having our ever popular and successful November penny sale and most of all just being there when needed to assist, listen and touch.

New members are always welcome and are encouraged to call (519)354-0091 or attend any monthly meeting. Faith and membership are key to survival.
